LionHeart Analytics for F45 Members app for iPhone and iPad

This app was born out of our appreciation of F45 Trainings use of technology in the studios. LionHeart is F45s heart rate monitor. Integrated into the studio it tracks your performance throughout the workout and send you a summary at end of each workout.

Extending their idea of knowledge is power, this app takes the data collected via the heart rate monitor to the next level. It allows you to visualise your F45 workout by time or workout type.

A convenient today widget allows you to quickly glance at your last workout.

Youre greeted by a leaderboard that tells you how many times you reach the magical forty five points during your workouts.

Summaries of your workout performance by type allows you to visualise your improvement as you battle your way through each workout.

Access a calendar of all the workouts that you have attended across all F45 studios.

Security and Privacy: All data is saved on F45 servers and cached on your iOS device, we do not send your data outside of the app.
